No. Your order which was not picked up within the scheduled time, will automatically get expired. You only need to pay for your 'Completed' orders.

Yes, you are requested to do the same, since mixed categories of waste will possibly get rejected upon examining by the collection agents.

Even if you have subscribed to a regular collection, you are supposed to schedule the pick-up for each collection day. So if you are not available for a particular day, just dont schedule for the day and the agent won't come to your place for collection.
