Yes it is possible. You should be a registered agent attached under that particular agency to work for them. That is the only condition.

You can find your assigned orders in the 'My Orders' section. All kind of orders, be it 'expired', 'completed', 'pending' - everything is shown there in that section itself.

You can add as many pick-up points as you want. But atleast 1 pick-up point should be added in-order to make that route active.

Yes, it is possible.Among the two sections of settlement tab, one section carries the details of customers.

Go to the 'Agencies' section of the 'Settlements' tab. You will find the required steps there in that section.

If you are a registered agent, you have two ways to get attached to an agency.

a. Either agency will send you a request, since they can see all the registered agencies in the area.You have to complete an OTP verification to get attached then.

b. You can approach agency by sending a request to them. For that, you can navigate to the 'Join an agency' menu in 'Settings' tab and do whatever is asked there.

On-demand orders are those special orders done by the customers, which do not come under the usual schedules

Your payment will be made by the corresponding agencies. Payment will be made once the settlement request is done for a particular order or a group of orders.We are following a point-based payment system as of now.

Yes, you can view the customer settlement for a single route. But the entire list of the customers and the settlements are not shown. But the settlement for different customers for a single route is shown seperately

No, unless that order is made from the customer again, you can not attend the rejected order
