Frequently Asked Questions

Agencies are registered by the platform admin. You can contact the platform admin and can ask for registration. After succesful verifications, you will be provided with the credentials to login to your agency portal.

Yes. After adding the sub-category under the main category of waste, you can set a rate for the same.

Currently there is no option for the same. you can request platform admin to do the same.

a. Linear route types will have a starting point and end point. And the radius set for linear type implies the total distance covered in the two sides of the road connecting the starting and ending point.

b. Area route type allows you to set a single point. And the radius set there implies the radius of the total circular area that the route will cover with the common point as the center of the circle.

a. Regular orders comes under a schedule, which is periodic.

b. On-demand orders are those special orders made by the customers other than the usual scheduled orders.

Go to 'Settings' section in the agency portal and go to 'Route Services'. You can add route there.

If you have agents attached with your organisation, you can go to 'Route Allocation' section. you can see all the routes added by you in that section. Select the route and allocate any agents who are working with you. You can see the steps there. You cannot re-allocate or de-allocate and agent, as of now.

You can schedule your routes in

a. Daily basis
b. Day in a week basis
c. Days in a week basis
d. Particular days in a month basis(Eg: All second saturdays)
e. Particular dates in a month basis

Yes. You can see that in the 'Agent Attachment' tab.
